Goldwork Embroidery

In addition to the Crewel Embroidery class, I took a Goldwork class through the Royal School of Needlework.

The first step was to make a goldwork foundation.

Ten years ago this was my design wall. The La Passacaglia quilt is in about the same state. The Red and White appliqué is a finished top waiting to be quilted. The smaller pieces wee the beginning on my Domestic Abuse Quilt Series. #daquilt
